Plain English version. We update this page whenever the data flows on driftmap.dev change.

What we collect on this site

driftmap.dev is a static marketing site. We do not run accounts, authentication, or user databases here. The pages you visit are served from static files on DreamHost.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count pageviews and identify popular pages. Cloudflare's beacon does not set cookies, but it does receive your IP address as part of any HTTP request. Cloudflare aggregates request metadata; we see only the aggregated dashboard. If you would prefer not to be counted, any privacy extension that blocks third-party scripts (including Cloudflare Insights) will suppress the beacon.

Contact form

The contact link on this site is a `mailto:` link. Sending us email creates an email between you and us, which is stored in our email provider. We use that email to reply to you. We do not enroll you in a marketing list.

Logs

Our static host (DreamHost) keeps standard web-server logs for a limited period. We do not export or share those logs.

The product itself

This page covers driftmap.dev only. The DriftMap product (CLI and hosted) has its own privacy notes that you can read at the product-side privacy URL once it exists. The CLI runs locally and does not phone home.
